At
Norwood, it is always heartening to find out that
we are succeeding in our aims. Residents' families
have been kind enough to express their thanks, and
a few examples are given here.
We also have the results of our customer
satisfaction questionnaire from last winter, and
an independent survey done by Bradford Social Services. |
